After five years of summer camps, we are taking the summer off while we consider the future
direction of the GigaDivas program. Last summer the girls designed web pages, built robots
that could search mazes, play soccer and explore Mars. They used Stagecast to create
games amd manipulated 3-D images with Alice. As always they designed their own camp
t-shirts. Check back to see what we will be up to in the future. |
|
In previous summer camps, we taught Karel what to do, designed
Stagecast Sims, designed t-shirts and web pages, made movies and built
artist robots and maze-running cheese-finding robots! When we had
several weeks for camp we toured Guard Insurance, WBRE, Offset
paperback,Sallie Mae and the GIS Center
at Wilkes (who gave us this neat
map of the Wilkes
campus). |
